it's game time!

Hello lovelies!


Last friday hubby and me visited this place.

We are not casino lovers but as we pass by these slot machines, we said why not give it a try. We tried our luck for just $1. Yes, just one dollar so it wouldn't hurt us if we lose. And so we spinned, and won $4. Hooray! We were so happy and delighted for winning as if we won a big prize. Then we both agreed not to cash it yet and spin more to double our money. So we tried our luck again, this time, I'm crossing my fingers while hubby spins. We were both chanting, come on, we're gonna win!!! Unfortunately, we lost! And that's the end of the game! we can't stop laughing. hahaha!

In gambling, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose so i prefer not to gamble again. :-) Then headed to the bar and had some drinks...

a sweet surprise!

Hello lovely readers! how are you all doing? how was your valentines? I hope everyone had a lovely Feb.14th.
BTW, I'm so excited to share this post with you, until now, I'm still in so much awe with what happened yesterday... 

I woke up seeing this red envelope tucked in my laptop. 
It's from hubby!

I can't help but smile...

and blush too! 

This may sound corny or cheesy to some, but for me, i love reading love notes especially when it's written from the heart! 
And to my surprise...

a gift from hubby at the door!  He is the sweetest!!!

and a romantic dinner to highlight the night.

Hubby loves surprising me,  making me to keep on believing in fairy tales. We've been together for ten years and been married for three years, yet it still feels like yesterday. How could i ask for more!?

One fine day

Hello everyone! It's the middle of the week. Time really flies so fast. 

It's One fine day today! Hubby and I took a short walk and have some snapshots of my outfit before heading out. This cold breeze feels good and refreshing...

My outfit is quite simple. I made this dotted top using a double sided stretch fabric that I got from a local fabric store. I couldn't resist adding this black bow and sash for more quirky look.

Then paired it with a blazer to add a bit of menswear inspired look.
It's nice to mix and match clothes every once in a while.

all things preppy

It's no secret that i adore all things preppy...

I don't know the reason but i think there is something quite fancy about it that I am yet to discover. Anyway, I got this dress from a hongkong trip a few years back. I'm so happy that it still fits good after all these years.Yey! Somebody sent me an email about my sunglasses, thank you, i love them too with all my heart. :-) The good thing is... I got some of them for free! Just like this clubmaster sunnies, it was a gift from my brother. I've been collecting shades eversince! :-)

from crown vintage. so comfy, you can walk with them all day without complaining.

Just a review : This shoes is comparable to Aldo wedge aesthetically speaking. 

Last christmas, I got an Aldo wedge but i had to return it because the heels 

was too high for me and wasn't comfy at all. 

Now, i found my perfect match! :-)
